One blank, chosen once
240 gsm ring-spun cotton, milled in Portugal, boxy through the body with a twill-taped shoulder. Every design on this site is printed on it, and every design on this site is printed on the same one, so the fit does not change between them.

Water-based ink, front panel
Screen printed rather than transferred. Water-based ink sinks into the weave instead of sitting on top of it, so the print goes soft after a wash or two rather than cracking down the folds.

Runs small enough to check
A run is a few hundred pieces, not a few thousand. That is the whole reason a person can look at each one, and the reason a design goes out of stock in a size and stays out for a while.
