How we print
TAS Apparel is the clothing line from TAS. Heavyweight tees, one large print, made in runs small enough that a person checks each one.
Every tee starts as the same 240 gsm ring-spun cotton body — boxy, pre-shrunk, with a ribbed collar taped shoulder to shoulder. The blanks are milled in Portugal and printed in the UK.
Small runs, on purpose
We print in short runs rather than warehousing thousands of a design. It means some things sell out and do not come back, and it means the print is water-based and soft rather than a plastic slab stamped by a machine nobody watches. When a run is close to gone, the product page says so.
One price, every size
A design costs the same in Small as it does in 2X-Large. Shipping is a flat rate, and free over $75. Tax is worked out on our server when you place the order — nothing is added on the last screen.
