Plain-language terms for buying from TAS Apparel. This is placeholder copy for the prototype and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and, once payment clears, by shipping. Prices and stock can change, and a run can sell out before an order is confirmed — if that happens we refund in full rather than substitute.
Pricing
Every total is computed on our server from the catalog. The price shown on the product is the price charged; shipping and tax are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unworn items may be returned within 30 days. See shipping & returns.
